Thiago Alcántara has reportedly signed a new contract with FC Bayern Munich. Originally, the contract was to have expired by 2019 but has now signed a new contract [extension] which will now run until 2021.
His Manager, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has praised him saying that he is one of the best midfielders in Europe and he expressed his joy saying "We are honored as a club to have such an amazing player to be with us for the long term."
Thiago also expressed his happiness at the contract signing at Säbener Straße: “My family and I feel at home in Munich. Everything is going as supposed, and I want to win a lot of trophies here with FC Bayern in the future.”
